TransformUs was made available to all Victorian primary schools from 2018 and funded by an Australian National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) Partnership Grant (APP1115708) and VicHealth.
The following organisations were our partners in this project. We continue to work with many of these organisations as part of the National expansion to all primary, secondary and special development schools across Australia. We are collaborating with many other representatives from the state/territory education and health sectors. This work is being funded by a NHMRC Investigator grant (APP1176885).
