What is Transform-Us!?

Transform-Us! is an initiative to get children moving more and sitting less. It includes a mix of educational, behavioural and environmental approaches to promote physical activity at school and at home. To find out more click here.

Can I invite my child's school?

Yes- Absolutely! If your child attends a Victorian primary school and you would like to get your child’s school or teacher involved in Transform-Us! you can send them an invite using our email template.

Please check with your child's teacher first that your child’s school or teacher isn’t already registered with Transform-Us!

Simple ideas to get your child moving more and sitting less

We understand it has been a very challenging year for families. We also know being active has a positive impact on our physical and mental health. Therefore, moving more and sitting less has never been more important.

Why is Transform-Us! needed?

Research shows that children have better learning and academic achievement when lessons are delivered in an active way. Active classrooms may also help children who find it difficult to concentrate when they sit for too long.
